Marine Geodesy

Special Issue on Cryosphere and Climate Change

Marine Geodesy will publish a special issue on Cryosphere and Climate Change in late 2019. The guest editors will be Dr. Yinsheng Zhang from Chinese Academy of Science and Dr Tong Hao from Tongji University. The submitted manuscripts should describe methods, techniques, or case studies for solving problems in Cryosphere and Climate Change. Results related to studies in three pole regions, including Antarctica, Arctica, and Tibetan Plateau, are encouraged. Topics may include, but not limited to:

  • Cryosphere monitoring and modeling
  • Satellite retrieval of cryospheric key parameters
  • Marine cryosphere modelling and surveying
  • Glacier dynamics
  • Permafrost and frozen soil
  • Spatiotemporal variability of snow cover

Marine Geodesy

The aim of Marine Geodesy is to stimulate progress in ocean surveys, mapping, and remote sensing by promoting problem-oriented research in the marine and coastal environment.

Submission guidelines

All papers should conform to the Instructions to Authors available on Taylor & Francis Online for Marine Geodesy (www.tandfonline.com/umgd). All manuscripts must be submitted online (http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/umgd) by June 30, 2019, and will be peer reviewed.
