Anticipating the Tokyo Olympic Games

Temperature

Call for Papers

In the summer of 2020, Tokyo, Japan, will host the XXXII Olympiad and Paralympic Games.

The anticipated high ambient temperature, humidity, and solar radiation are expected to affect the performance of human and equestrian athletes and influence the spectators, personnel, and volunteers in multiple ways.

To discuss these topics, the journal Temperature invites original research articles (priority reports and research papers) and review articles (priority reviews and comprehensive reviews) from the international scientific community.

The articles can deal with the proposed topics at any level, from submolecular to biospheric. Submissions should be accompanied by a covering letter stating that it is in response to the call for papers.

Deadline: 1 March 2020
