Leaders Combating Anti-Blackness: A Call for Papers
We are in a state of emergency. The tragic murders Black people at the hands of law enforcement in the United States and elsewhere has engendered a global movement regarding anti-Blackness, demanding that we respond. The educational sector is at the crux of the matter—from the lack of Black faculty in UK higher education institutions, to the underfunding of majority Black schools in both rural and urban contexts, and all sorts of other injustices.
IJLE is soliciting papers that deal with anti-Blackness in education (primary-tertiary levels) and in educational leadership. For complete guidelines on submitting a manuscript, visit the Instructions for Authors page.
Submissions are assessed for initial suitability by the editor, and are then double blind peer reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees.
