About the prize

From 2022, the Journal for the Study of Education and Development (JSED), formerly Infancia y Aprendizaje, offers Annual Best Paper Awards in each of the three thematic areas of the journal: (1) Development Across the Life Span; (2) Learning and Instructional Processes; and (3) Applied Educational Research: from Early Childhood to Adult Education. Voted for by the Editors within each team, these awards recognize the work of authors whose articles are deemed particularly significant for theory, research, policy, and/or practice. There are two awards in each thematic area: Best Paper (#1) and Outstanding Paper (#2).
