Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies

In the last two decades, Vietnam has been among the top growing economies in Asia. GDP Annual Growth Rate in Vietnam averaged 6.18 percent from 2000 until 2021. Moreover, Vietnam has been an attractive destination for foreign investors and corporations. Several factors contribute to this economic success, including the successful change in government policy toward a free market economy, the increasing role of private firms and foreign direct investment, and the positive impact of several free trade agreements.

JCEBS is an interdisciplinary international journal publishing original research on sustainable development issues worldwide from multidisciplinary perspectives. This special issue calls for papers investigating all aspects and perspectives of business and finance explaining the Vietnam economic growth miracle. Topics of the paper include, but are not limited to, the following: Foreign direct investment; Small and medium enterprises; Banking and Financial Markets; Cross border trade and investment, business development, firm innovation, firm performance, and institutional development, financial development, and economic growth. We also consider papers investigating Vietnam business and finance aspects in the context of COVID 19.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers will be refereed anonymously.
