Trends in Social Computing for Customer Relationship Management
To attract quality submissions, we will share the Call for Papers (CFP) with relevant conferences, encouraging selective extended paper submissions from notable works. Additionally, we will leverage professional networks, academic mailing lists, and social media platforms to ensure broad visibility. A dedicated promotional flyer and targeted outreach to researchers in the field will further enhance awareness.
