Quality Engineering (the Journal) is organizing a special issue dedicated to the research advancement in the field of Reliability Engineering to be published in the fall of 2023. This is the fourth time that the Journal is organizing a special issue on Reliability Engineering. The previous special issues were published in the July issues of 2015, 2017, and 2019, which included a collection of inspiring, impactful, and high-quality reliability papers. Following the past success, the Journal is calling for papers to be considered for another special issue on Reliability Engineering. Your paper may address, but is not limited to, the following topics pertinent to Reliability, Maintainability, and Risk:
- Reliability Modeling
- Lifetime Data Analysis
- Degradation Data Analysis
- Accelerated Life Testing
- Accelerated Degradation Testing
- Design of Experiments for Reliability Improvement
- System Reliability Modeling and Analysis
- Prognostics and Health Management
- Repairable System Analysis
- Reliability Growth Modeling
- Big Data and IoT Applications
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Applications
- Maintenance Models and Methodologies
- Risk Analysis of Complex System
- Reliability-based System Design and Optimization
- Software Reliability
This special issue particularly welcomes manuscripts that offer practical solutions to real-world engineering problems. To be considered for this special issue, please submit your manuscript through the Journal’s online submission system (https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/lqen) by January 31, 2023, and choose “Reliability Engineering Special Issue 2023” at Step 5: Details & Comments.
