PCE 2026 Conference: A changing world…what it does with us and what we do with it

Presenters at the PCE 2026 Conference in Cologne, Germany are invited to submit manuscripts for a Special Issue of the journal, Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapies (PCEP). This is a further opportunity to share your work in response to the conference theme, “A CHANGING WORLD… what it does with us and what we do with it”. 

 All submitted papers will go through the usual peer-review process for PCEP articles, so revisions will be requested, and acceptance of your paper cannot be guaranteed.

 The lead editor for this special issue is: Jeannette Bischkopf (PCEP co-editor).

Submission Instructions

  • The deadline for submissions is 30 November 2026.
  • Read our Instructions for Authors while preparing your manuscript.
  • Manuscripts published in PCEP are typically between 3000 and 7000 words in length.
  • Submission of manuscripts is via the ScholarOne submission site.
  • Select "PCE 2026 Conference" when submitting your manuscript.
  • Pre-submission of an abstract or proposal is not required although we would welcome you letting us know by 30 September 2026 that you plan to make a submission.
  • Articles are moved quickly into production upon acceptance and published online in our Latest Articles section.
  • Anticipated publication of the special issue is December 2027.
