PCE 2021 Conference: Tihei mauri ora - Contact, culture, and context

Presenters at the PCE 2021 Conference in Aotearoa New Zealand are invited to submit manuscripts for a Special Issue of the journal, Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapies (PCEP). This is a further opportunity to share your work in response to the conference theme, “Tihei mauri ora: Contact, culture, and context”.

PCEP is an international peer reviewed journal dedicated to creating a dialogue among different parts of the person-centered and experiential tradition, and to encouraging, and disseminating worldwide, new work on person-centered and experiential therapies, including philosophy, theory, practice, training and research.

All submitted papers will go through the usual peer-review process for PCEP articles, so revisions may be requested, and acceptance of your paper cannot be guaranteed.

The co-editors for this special issue are: Susan Stephen (PCEP co-editor), Keith Tudor (Chair, PCE 2021), Dr Steff Revell, (Co-Chair of Scientific Committee, PCE 2021 Conference) and Brian Rodgers (Co-Chair of Scientific Committee, PCE 2021 Conference).

Submission Instructions

Manuscripts published in PCEP are typically between 3000 and 7000 words in length.

Articles are published online upon acceptance, abstract translation, and proof correction.

Anticipated publication of the special issue is June 2022.

Pre-submission of an abstract or proposal is not required although we would welcome you letting us know that you plan to make a submission.

Please direct questions regarding your proposed submission to Susan Stephen [[email protected]]
