Future Technology Enhancement of Web of Things/ Internet of Things
The Internet of Things/Web of Things (IoT/WoT) has consistently attracted much attention and changed the globe. IoT/WoT technologies and ecosystems have evolved incredibly quickly due information for the call) to the recent rapid advancements in wireless modems and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. As a result of this vast deployment, modern life in our cities and throughout the world has been significantly impacted. For example, IoT/WoT-based home automation, smart farming and smart seas, satellite, and uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAV)-assisted IoT/WoT networks have been steadily developed and implemented from theory to reality. The Wisdom Web of Things is an important paradigm for introducing intelligence in computing. It can transform wisdom as a service in the modern world. Factors to consider include reliability, quality of service, security, interfacing, and interoperability.
The Internet of Things/Web of Things (IoT/WoT), as a new paradigm, has changed conventional living into a high-tech existence. Several difficulties and issues need to be resolved to utilize the envisioned IoT fully. The applications, problems, networking technologies, ecological and social repercussions, and other IoT viewpoints must all be considered while evaluating these issues and obstacles. The main objective of this Special Issue is to present a collection of various types of analyses from the technological or sociological perspectives in this domain. Also, the importance of big data and its assessment in IoT is expected to be covered.
