Submission Instructions

  • Articles will be published online immediately after completing the peer-review process and reaching their final form.
  • IJFE is a hybrid journal, allowing authors to submit their work free of charge. For this article collection, we are offering six months of free access to the first 10 accepted manuscripts.
  • Alternatively, authors can choose full Open Access, with the Article Processing Charge (APC) varying by country. More details can be found here: Open access cost finder - Author Services. IJFE follows a strict openness policy, including research data and computer codes. Authors are required to provide a data availability statement (DAS), detailing where data associated with a paper can be found and how it can be accessed. The DAS should be submitted within the article manuscript, before the ‘References’ section. If data cannot be made open, authors should state why in the data availability statement. You can find more information here: Open and FAIR data sharing policy - Author Services
