The special issue is mainly dedicated to the subjects related to the International Inorganic-bonded Fiber Composite Conference (IIBCC) 2026 with focus on the following topics:

  • Raw materials technology
  • Low-carbon and greener binders
  • New generation of reinforcing fibers
  • Production and finishing processes
  • Products characterization and performance assessment
  • Durable and more sustainable, eco-friendly solutions
  • Building systems based on prefabricated paneling, applications and performance
  • Other related topics to the inorganic-bonded composites, constructive elements and systems

Submission Instructions

  • There are no strict word limit or formatting preferences. However, authors are encouraged to upload editable versions of their submissions and to avoid too long manuscripts.
  • The special issue is dedicated to scientific and technological research paper.
  • Select the special issue title when submitting your contribution to the ScholarOne Platform.
  • Publication of the full manuscripts after a complete peer-review process is scheduled for the first semestre of 2027.
  • Concise 200-250 words Abstracts should be sent in advance (before 31/Aug/2026) clearly identifying the objectives of the work, its relevance, methodology, key results and conclusions.
