Energy 4.0: Digital Transformation in Energy
During the last decade, Energy has entered a new technological era where Energy has been digitalized. In this respect, the energy systems should increase to use appliances that compatible with these transformations. This transformation requires thinking of issues such as economical view, technological infrastructure, political policies, big data, etc. To face the issues of smooth transformation of Energy 4.0 needs to be highlighted and more attention is required from experts in industry, policymakers, and academia to fill the gap.
In light of these discussions, the interdisciplinary ICEEE’2021 and ICMEPS’2021 aim to bring together researchers, engineers, economists, policymakers, industrial participants, and students in order to share and discuss new ideas, current topics, and research findings in the fields of digital transformation journey from a global viewpoint.
Manuscripts (critical reviews and research articles) in the theme of this special issue and the other potential topics include those that fall in the scope of the journal are welcomed. In addition, this Special Issue is open to the authors of selected papers presented at the International Conference on Economics, Energy, and Environment-ICEEE’2021 (www.e3conferences.com) and the International Conference on Modern Energy and Power Systems-ICMEPS’2021 (www.icmeps.com).
