Rewriting the history of cultures and the history of various disciplines (including rewriting the history of Chinese literature, the history of world literature, the history of Chinese literary criticism, the history of world literary theory, as well as the history of philosophy, the history of history of communication, the history of art, the history of history of science and technology, etc.) is an important path to build a nation's independent knowledge system.
The thematic issue “Rewriting the History of Cultures” is a call to reflect on the past views on cultures from the core issues of discourse narration, discourse language, and discourse interpretation, in order to promote historical reflection and rewriting in various disciplines. It is an important path and a major measure to establish a nation's independent knowledge system discourse, and a new era topic to promote mutual learning among cultures and civilizations. Our journal plans to launch a special issue titled "Rewriting the History of Cultures and Rewriting the History of Various Disciplines", so as to use the trend of rewriting the history of civilization to promote the reconstruction of the knowledge system and discourse construction of various disciplines' history, further explaining the community with a shared future for mankind through the historical facts of civilization. We sincerely invite colleagues from both domestic and foreign academic circles to contribute to this issue.
