This special issue is tied to the 27th International Conference on Corporate and Marketing Communications conducted at Cranfield University on 3rd and 4th April 2023, focusing on 'Building a Successful Digital Communication Strategy: Delivering a Seamless Customer Experience'. Papers invited to this special issue were distinguished highlights from the conference, selected through a rigorous blind peer review process, aligning seamlessly with the objectives and purview of the Journal of Marketing Communications.

Submission Instructions

Please include a word count for your paper. A typical paper for this journal should be no more than 6000 words, inclusive of: Abstract
