Action Learning: Research and Practice

We welcome papers that

• look back on developments in the thinking and practice of aspects of action learning over that time. Authors of papers published in earlier editions are invited to revisit the ideas and practices they wrote about at that time, and reflect on developments since then.
• review a longer time span, from the beginnings of action learning in the middle of the last century to the present day.
• focus on where action learning is now, and papers that look forward to what action learning may become in the near or even distant future.

The journal publishes two types of research papers – refereed papers that are subject to double-blind academic peer review, and Accounts of Practice papers, which are reviewed by a special panel of members of the editorial board. We welcome both types of papers for this special issue.
