Soft, Social and Systemic (3S) Robot Technologies have great potentials for enhancing the Quality of New Normal (QoNN), during this situation of acting against the COVID-19 pandemic. In this extra special issue, we propose our positive actions in robotics by collecting 10 cutting-edge short papers. We believe the series of studies that will be conducted following the published papers will produce magnificent contributions to enhancing the QoNN with robotics technologies in the future.
