Migration and Mobilities
Social and Cultural Geography
Twenty years on from the inaugural issue of Social and Cultural Geography we want to celebrate the journal’s importance in fostering a rich array of research exploring diverse migration and mobilities geographies.
Since its founding Social & Cultural Geography has been an exciting place to discuss the deep and substantial work on the connectedness and interdependence in complex network, relationships, places and journeys.
Find in this special issue ten hand-picked articles presented as an exciting entry in how social and cultural geographers engage with migration, mobility and movement.
Also included in this special issue are articles engaging with the deep ethical concerns in relation to migration, mobility and movement, and asking how geography scholarship can challenge dominant narratives and enhance social justice.
Social & Cultural Geography is well-primed to contribute to another 20 years of research on migration and mobilities, so keep an eye out for our next issue!
Below you will find articles on the topic of migration and mobilities which are free to access via this page only until 31 December 2019.
