About this Special Issue

The Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS) hold its 40th annual symposium in Fredericton from June 4 – 6, 2019 in collaboration with Geomatics Atlantic 2019.

The symposium offers an opportunity for Canadian and international researchers to discuss and present their research related to utilizing remote sensing and other geomatics science for monitoring and applications. In addition to presentation of papers and posters, conference presenters are welcome to submit scientific articles for publication in the Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing (CJRS).

Submissions Information

All manuscripts will be subjected to peer-review, can be submitted in either French or English and are subject to standard publication charge (a total of $400 USD for a research or review paper, $300 USD for a research note).

Prospective authors should follow the regular guidelines of the CJRS, see Instructions for Authors. Electronic submissions following CJRS guidelines should be submitted via ScholarOne Manuscripts by October 30th 2019.

Targeted publication date will be mid of 2020.
