North Korea′s Nuclear Issue after Kim Jong-il

The Kim Jong-un administration of North Korea (the DPRK), which efforted to develop the controversial nuclear and missile program, suddenly launched an offensive by dialogue from 2018. Chairman of the State Affairs Commission Kim Jong-un, who had not made any official tour until 2017, met and repeatedly talked with the leaders of China, South Korea, the United States, and Russia, and he also holed talks with the leaders of Singapore, Vietnam, and Cuba.
This special issue will focus on the relevant countries’ policies toward North Korea, and widely review the foreign policies of Kim Jong-un regime.
