Asian Journal of Women’s Studies

Since its launching in 2015, the “Voices From Asian Feminist Activism” has featured stories of local feminist activism and grassroots mobilizations concerning the lived experiences of Asian women on the foreground. Significantly, women’s experiences of gender-based violence continue to be a common occurrence. This special section features the various grassroots strategies as well as local and national practices undertaken to eliminate gender-based violence against women in China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Korea, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Kenya.

Free to view for a limited time only, access resources on this special feature published in Asian Journal of Women’s Studies (AJWS).
