Plant-A-Coral is an initiative under the Garden City Fund with the aim of supporting habitat enhancement efforts. In our commitment to building a sustainable planet, Taylor & Francis have contributed 2 corals in 2021. Now, institutions get the chance to donate a coral with our online resources too!
1. Open Access membership OR
2. A minimum purchase of 5 SDGO goal collections OR
3. Purchase of 60 Sustainable Development Goals Journals (SDGJ)
a coral will be planted at the Sisters’ Islands Marine Park, Singapore, and your institution will get access to photo updates every six months on the progress of the Reef Enhancement Units (REU), for a period of three years.

It acts as a natural barrier that prevents massive storms and floods, protecting coastal cities and communities. Unfortunately, global warming has caused a catastrophe to the coral reefs’ ecosystem. This has alarmingly caused more than half of the world’s coral reefs to die at an unprecedented rate in the last 30 years.
