Welcome Editorial Board, Reviewers, and Readers,
Change creates excitement and a host of distinct sentiments. The leadership responsibility of Editor for the MBH Journal is a very important role that I am extremely honored to assume and serve with our wonderfully talented group of practitioners, researcher & scholars. I look forward to working closely with our highly concentrated group of professional intellectuals for the next phase of growth & development of the MBH Journal.
I want to notably thank Dr. Carl Castro and Ms. Eva Alday for an optimal and successful tenure which included continuous guidance, leadership and creativity of this very fine scholastic publication.
I also want to welcome Dr. Missy Malone, our Managing Editor. Missy is an enormously dedicated professional, scholar-practitioner and researcher who is a forward thinker with tremendous energy and a spirit of generosity.
With every good wish, I remain
Samuel Odom, PhD

Dear, Editorial Board, Reviewers, and Readers,
My time as Editor of MBH has come to an end. After nearly eight years at the helm, I have passed the ‘leadership baton’ of the editorship to Dr. Samuel Odom and his team.
I want to thank you for everything that you have done to contribute to the success of the journal. Without all of you, we would not have been successful. So, thank you!
I also want to thank Ms. Eva Alday who has served as the Senior Technical Editor. Her tireless dedication to the journal was a godsend to me, and her untiring professionalism ensured that the journal met all of its publication dates. Thank you, Eva!
The journal is in great hands. Sam and his team have wonderful ideas for taking the journal to the next phase of growth & development. I am looking forward to working with him and his team.
With warmest appreciation,
Carl Castro, PhD
Editor
