The Tison Award

About the prize

The Tison Award was established by International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS) in 1982 and is now partly funded by Taylor & Francis. The award is granted for an outstanding paper by authors under 41 years of age published in Hydrological Sciences Journal or an IAHS book. The award aims to promote excellence in research by young hydrologists and is granted for an outstanding paper published by IAHS in a period of two years prior to the deadline for nominations.
