About the prize

The APS Altmetric Award highlights work by Early Career Researchers and Post-Grad students who are lead authors on papers. It achieves this by recognizing research published in either the Australian Journal of Psychology, Australian Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, with the highest Altmetric Attention Score received in the two months following publication.

About the Winning Article

We are excited to announce ‘Divide and conquer? Identity, threat, and moral justification of violence at the G20’, published in the Australian Journal of Psychology, has won the inaugural APS Altmetric Award. Congratulations to its ECR authors, Laura J. Ferris and Helena R. M Radke.
