Medical Education Online

The aim of MEO is to disseminate information on the education and training of physicians and other health care professionals. Manuscripts on any aspect of the process of educating and training health professionals will be considered for publication.
MEO publishes editorials, original and review articles, letters to the editor and book reviews. There are three general categories of original articles that MEO accepts: feature articles, research articles and trend articles.

The official journal of The Canadian Pain Society, publishes original articles from all disciplines involved in the study of pain, including the clinical and basic sciences, epidemiology, and health policy and health systems. The journal prefers manuscripts presenting data from original experiments, studies, or clinical trials but will also feature scholarly review articles, meta-analyses, case series and reports, commentaries, editorials and letters to the editor.
The aims of the journal are to advance the understanding and treatment of pain by providing clinicians, scientists and other health care professionals with an interdisciplinary forum in which to share cutting-edge information about new developments in the field of pain.
Journal of Community Hospital Internal Medicine Perspectives
An open access journal
JCHIMP provides up-to-date information in the field of internal medicine to community hospital medical professionals and serves as a platform for clinical faculty, residents and medical students to publish research relevant to community hospital programs.
Manuscripts that explore aspects of medicine at community hospitals welcome, including, but not limited to:
- Best practices of community academic programs
- Community hospital-based research
- Opinion and insight from community hospital leadership and faculty
- Scholarly work of residents and medical students affiliated with community hospitals
JCHIMP's target audience includes medical professionals interested in the unique medical dilemmas facing community hospitals.
European Journal of General Practice

The European Journal of General Practice (EJGP) is the official journal of WONCA Europe, the European Society of General Practice/Family Medicine. EJGP aims to foster scientific research in primary care medicine (family medicine, general practice) in Europe and also, stimulate education and debate, relevant for the development of primary care medicine in Europe.
EJGP publishes original research papers, review articles and clinical case reports on all aspects of primary care medicine (family medicine, general practice), providing new knowledge on medical decision-making, healthcare delivery, medical education and research methodology. Areas covered include primary care epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, pharmacotherapy, non-drug interventions, multi- and comorbidity, palliative care, shared decision making, inter-professional collaboration, quality and safety, training and teaching, and quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Journal of European CME
An open access journal
The Journal of European CME ( JECME ) aims to heighten awareness on the innovation that's been seen in continuing medical education (CME) as part of continuing professional development (CPD) in Europe. The journal is intended for those who provide, accredit, partake in and benefit from European CME-CPD. JECME examines best practices for effective CME-CPD and their relationship to the improvement of physician competence and patient health outcomes.
JECME will consider manuscripts that discuss adult education and learning theories and models as long as the main focus of the article is on use of those theories in practice.
Libyan Journal of Medicine

The Libyan Journal of Medicine (LJM) aims to promote heath and health education by publishing high-quality medical research in the different disciplines of medicine. LJM was founded in 2006 by a group of enthusiastic Libyan medical scientists who looked at the contribution of Libyan publications to the international medical literature and saw that a publication outlet was missing. To fill this gap they launched LJM as a tool for transferring current medical knowledge to and from colleagues in developing countries, particularly African countries, as well as internationally.
LJM publishes original research articles, brief communications, letters, and review articles from anywhere in the world.
Alexandria Journal of Medicine
An open access journal
The Alexandria Journal of Medicine provides a venue for the publication of research, with a particular focus on diseases of high prevalence in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and its comparison to their profile worldwide. Manuscripts from the international scientific community encouraged, to increase opportunities for fruitful interregional scientific collaboration.
Scandinavian Journal of Primary Health Care

The Scandinavian Journal of Primary Health Care publishes articles with relevance to general practice and primary health care. The journal addresses continuous professional development in family medicine, clinical, epidemiological and humanistic topics in relation to daily clinical practice.
Scandinavian Journal of Primary Health Care is owned by the members of the National Colleges of General Practice in the five Nordic countries through the Nordic Federation of General Practice (NFGP). In addition to publishing original research related to general practice and family medicine, we encourage quantitative and qualitative original research, editorials, discussion, analysis papers and reviews that facilitate continuing professional development in family medicine.
