In June 2018, Clarivate Analytics released its Journal Citation Report (JCR) for 2017. We are happy to announce that JPS got 3.8 Impact Factor (2-year IF), placing it 2/55 in Planning & Development, and 4/84in Anthropology. JPS 5-year Impact Factor is 6.4, placing it 1/84 in Anthropology, and 2/54 in Planning & Development. 

In the new index, CiteScore, JPS's current score is a high 5.0, placing it among the very top journals in the field.
