About the role
Sexual and Relationship Therapy is currently recruiting for Peer Reviewers, particularly in the areas of psychosexual and relationship therapies.
This role presents a great opportunity for individuals with relevant expertise and research experience who are driven to support the ongoing performance of the Journal. You will join an existing pool of dedicated peer reviewers as they endeavour to provide high-quality, independent reviews within an agreed timeframe.
The Journal aims for the highest standards in its published material. All material submitted to the Journal is subject to a process of assessment and evaluation through the Editors and a group of peer reviewers drawn from a wide range of expertise.

About the Journal

Sexual and Relationship Therapy (SRT) offers a multidisciplinary forum for review and debate in the field of psychosexual and relationship therapies. It presents original research and best practice and is a vehicle for new theory, methodology, and application.

Key Skills and Attributes

- Experience in academic publishing and familiarity with all stages of the process.
- The ability to ensure all assigned manuscripts are considered in a prompt, consistent and professional manner.
- The ability to confidently use an online peer review management system.
- The ability to read, summarise, and critically engage with research.
- A commitment to communicating promptly, consistently, and professionally with the journal's editorial team and board.
- A proven track record as an established or emerging key opinion leader and known figure within your academic discipline.
