About the role

Risk Management and Healthcare Policy – an open access journal – is currently recruiting for the following roles:

  • Editor-in-Chief
  • Associate Editor (Europe / APAC)
  • Editorial Board Members

These roles are a great opportunity for academics with a strong research background in public health, and who also have the commitment, drive and ability to help develop the journal.

As part of the editor roles, you will be responsible for the oversight and administration of a rigorous and proper peer review process that delivers an agreed amount of content of suitable scope and quality within an agreed publication timeframe.

    • How you would work in partnership with the journal's Editorial Board;
    • How you would maintain the quality of submissions;
    • How you would recruit reviewers and improve the timing of the submission process;
    • How you would work with authors.
