About the role
Coaching is currently recruiting for peer reviewers. This role is a great opportunity for an academic with a strong research background in the theory and practice of coaching, and who also has the commitment, drive and ability to help develop the journal.
Becoming a peer reviewer of a journal is a rewarding and fulfilling experience where you can build your own networks, develop and promote the research in your field, and be recognized as a leading figure within the academic community.
We are currently recruiting for Editorial Board Members as well.
About the journal

The aim of our journal is to create an evidence base to support practitioners, researchers and organisational stakeholders in the field of coaching. This is an international, peer-reviewed journal with explicit focus on the theory, practice and research of coaching. The journal is dedicated to the advancement of coaching research and practice with an international perspective.
Broad and interdisciplinary in focus, Coaching publishes original research, reviews and invited papers. All articles make an explicit link to coaching practice. As such, it is relevant to academics, executive and business coaches, life coaches, positive psychology practitioners and professionals working across a wide range of organisations.

In your cover letter, please identify the specific subject, methodological approaches, and geographic areas for which you would be willing to review articles and indicate if there are any forthcoming periods when you would not be available to review submissions.
If accepted as a reviewer, we will add you to our database and send you a copy of our guidelines for reviewers. To express our appreciation for your valuable contribution in the manuscript review process of the journal, we offer the following:
