About the role

Research in Sports Medicine is seeking distinguished scholars and experts to join its Editorial Board as Associate Editors or Editorial Board members.

The journal publishes broad-based studies on sports medicine and sports science, covering the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries.

The roles and responsibilities of successful applicants will include:

Associate Editors:

  • Assist in peer-review process and editorial decision-making

Associate Editors and Editorial Board members:

  • Review for the journal
  • Act as an advocate for the journal, promote it within your networks and at academic conferences
  • Attend journal meetings (either in person, or virtually), and help to strategize the future direction of the journal, ensuring it addresses emerging topics and trends in the field

These positions are voluntary, offering significant professional development and networking opportunities.
