The Cardiometabolic Health Congress (CMHC) and Postgraduate Medicine
The Cardiometabolic Health Congress (CMHC) has officially partnered with Postgraduate Medicine, a peer-reviewed medical journal established by Charles Mayo, MD, in order to further promote the value and significance of improving patient care and supporting primary care physicians in solving clinical problems.
Postgraduate Medicine is designed to assist and educate healthcare practitioners and professionals on the most current topics in modern medicine. With its first publication in 1916, the journal functions as a peer-to-peer method of communicating the most current clinical research to practitioners. Like CMHC, Postgraduate Medicine provides cutting-edge perspectives on the most recent developments in clinical care, and the ways in which patient care can continuously be improved.
CMHC provides both online education and live events, engineered to allow busy practitioners the ability to stay abreast of evolving research, clinical practice advances, and continuing education in cardiometabolic disease prevention and management. CMHC's education spans live and digital communications, coupled with its national and regional conferences throughout the year. Like Postgraduate Medicine, the organization's overarching goal is to deliver effective practices and protocols to treat the rapidly increasing, and increasingly critical, trend of cardiometabolic disease.
