Pastoral Care in Education: An International Journal of Personal, Social and Emotional Development
Pastoral Care in Education tackles important contemporary issues such as current developments in the curriculum - citizenship, health, social and moral education; managing behaviour; whole school approaches; school structures; as well as issues of care - school exclusion, bullying and emotional development.
Every journal depends on expert pools of reviewers who test and refine each article before publication. Even for very specialist journals, the editor can’t be an expert in the topic of every article submitted. So, the comments of carefully selected reviewers are an essential guide to inform the editor’s decision on a manuscript.
We are currently looking to expand our pool of reviewers for Pastoral Care in Education, so if you have research experience in any of the areas of pastoral care mentioned above, we would love to hear from you! Researchers with expertise on quantitative methods, and those with previous review experience, are particularly welcome.
Taylor & Francis is committed to providing a range of benefits for our reviewers. More information is available upon request.
We have plenty of online resources that explain the vitally important role reviewers play in academic research as well as lots of guides to help you feel confident as a reviewer.
