Sustainable and Resilient Structures
Civil Engineering Research in Ireland 2020 (CERI2020) Conference - Call for Papers
Journal of Structural Integrity and Maintenance (JSIM) covers the broad fields of structural engineering, construction materials engineering, and foundation engineering.
Papers contained in this special issue on “Sustainable and Resilient Structures” will be shortlisted from the papers presented at the Civil Engineering Research in Ireland 2020 (CERI2020) conference held in Cork, Ireland, in August 2020. These papers will be extended by the authors for this special issue and peer reviewed by international experts. Additionally, other papers separately submitted to the Journal of Structural Integrity and Maintenance with relevant topics will be considered for this special issue. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on topics related to the-state-of-the-art methods for structural maintenance and inspection, integrity and safety, design optimization, installation and decommissioning, retrofitting, health monitoring, nondestructive testing, and repair and rehabilitation technology.
The CERI2020 conference is organised by the Civil Engineering Research Association of Ireland (CERAI), which was formed in 2012 for the purpose of promoting civil engineering research and practice in Ireland and its communication to academics and practitioners. The principal activity is the sponsoring and overseeing of the organisation of a conference series dedicated to this goal.
