We are looking for an Regional Editor, Asia, with an academic background in Asian Sport History, as well as the passion to drive the journal forward in an exciting period of change. It is a significant role, with high profile, but one that is achievable within a continuing busy working academic timetable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting reviewers and editing manuscripts for regular and possibly regional issues from submission to completion of articles, and ensuring that all accepted manuscripts fully confirm to the journal style, grammar and reference requirement.
Taylor & Francis will provide remuneration for the role to cover any journal-related expenses and will work with the Editor to organise editorial board meetings, supplying annual reports reflecting on the performance of the Journal.

Strong organizational skills to ensure that submissions are handled in a timely manner.
The ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues within the Editorial College and wider Editorial Board.
The role will formally begin at a time to be agreed after an appointment is made.
