Aims And Scope:

The Journal of Environmental Risk, Impact, and Claims is a quarterly international journal. JERIC focuses upon the many types of risks and impacts that may result in environmental and/or human health claims or potential claims, including legal claims, as in toxic tort litigation, and insurance claims. Environmental risks, impacts, and claims arising from chemicals in commerce and from naturally occurring substances are within JERIC’s scope, as are all environmental media, most frequently including airborne, drinking water, groundwater, and food chains. Environmental settings can includenatural, agricultural, and occupational environments. JERIC also focuses upon statutes, regulations, and case law on which risk or impact claims may be based. The journal would interest environmental and health risk scientists, environmental attorneys, and insurance attorneys, including consultants in these areas. It is also a resource for the interested public.
