Expert Review of Medical Devices- Innovation, trend & controversies in aorto-vascular surgery & mechanical circulatory support
About the special issue
Professors Mohamad Bashir and Wael Awad take a great privilege to announce the launch of this Special Issue in Expert Review of Medical Devices (Impact Factor 3.1 (2022)) published by Taylor & Francis. Expert Review of Medical Devices, part of the Expert Collection (the world’s most extensive series of review journals in research, development, and clinical medicine), provides commentary, analysis, and debate for all professionals involved in research, development, testing, and clinical use of medical devices. This Special Issue aims to reflect on the current stream of thoughts, debate scientific, clinical innovations and highlight the latest evidence pertinent to clinical therapeutics and decision-making in aortovascular surgery and mechanical circulatory support. We will also cross-fertilize this Special Issue with clinical applications and interventions in an era dominated by evidence synthesis and evidence-based approach. The invited panel of international repute are highly selected to reflect on the trends and prospective future steps, giving their insight and expertise in the chosen topics. The issue will be a one-stop resource for those interested in aorta-vascular surgery and mechanical circulatory support. We welcome submissions of Original Research, Reviews, Perspectives, Meeting Reports, and Editorials for consideration in this special focus issue.
If you are interested in contributing or would like to learn more, then please reach out to the Commissioning Editor, Emma Huck, who will be happy to assist.
