Meet the Section Editor

Dae Hyun Yoo, Professor of Rheumatology , Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Rheumatology, Hospital for Rheumatic Disease, Hanyang University School of Medicine, Seoul, Korea

After completing his Rheumatology Fellowship Training and PhD Theses in South Korea, Professor Dae Hyun Yoo moved to the Hopsital for Special Surgery, New York where his research focused on the etiology and management of systemic lupus erythematosus. Professor Yoo has served as President and Chair of the Board of Korean College of Rheumatology and Vice President of the Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR). Currently he continues to research the pathogenesis and management of Adult Onset Still's Disease, inflammatory myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, the challenges of the prevention and subsequent management of biologic-related opportunistic infections and the development and use of biosimilar drugs for the treatment of rheumatic diseases.
