Dr.Barroso ia a health disparaties researcher who partners with community organizations, local and regional health departments, and policymakers to provide a more equitable physical and social environment so that all populations can achieve high health status to enable them to thrive in their communities. Dr.Barroso received her doctoral and MPH degrees from the University of Texas and is now Associate Professor at the Department of Public Health, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA.
