Claudio Tana, Geriatrics Clinic, SS Annunziata Hospital of Chieti, Chieti, Italy

Claudio Tana received his medical degree at the G D'Annunzio University in 2009 and completed his specialization in Internal medicine in 2015 at the same University. From 2014 to 2017 he worked at the Internal Medicine Unit, Guastalla Hospital in Italy and for 2017 to 2019 at the Internal Medicine and Subacute Clinical Care Unit, University of Parma, Italy. Dr Tana has published more than 100 international publications on topics covering internal medicine, geriatrics and primary care. He has participated as a Speaker at numerous national and international conferences. Currently he is working at SS Annunziata Hospital of Chieti, Italy. His research interests are focused on primary care, clinical medicine and rare diseases. Dr Tana strongly believes in the importance of close collaboration between local healthcare and centres for excellence in order to ensure that patients receive continuous medical care.
