Serdar Durdagi, Bahcesehir University, Turkey

Dr. Durdagi applies computational chemistry methods to biological systems. His research interest mainly focuses on protein engineering and analyses of their structural/functional dynamics, ligand- and structure-based drug design, high throughput virtual screening, machine learning, text mining, investigation of molecular mechanisms of protein/drug, protein/protein and protein/DNA interactions and optimizations protocols for rational drug design. Dr. Durdagi published one book on computer-aided drug design in 2010. Dr. Durdagi is the author/co-author of seven book chapters and around 150 research articles with h-index of 29. The total citations of Dr. Durdagi's research articles are around 2700. Dr. Durdagi has also international patents.

Publicly Available Data Sharing Policy

Authors are required to make supporting data and materials freely available before submission in a suitable repository under any Creative Commons license. You will be prompted to provide a data availability statement with your submission.

Why Submit to All Life?

  • Increase the visibility and readership of your research by publishing in a fully open access journal with a wide international readership.

  • Grow your real-world impact by publishing in a journal supporting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals to reach policymakers and professionals who are tackling today’s problems.

  • Find a home for your research with our broad aims and scope welcoming truly multidisciplinary research, publishing all scientifically valid research including reporting of negative and null data, replication and reproduction studies.

  • Get up to 25% more citations through the public availability of all data associated with submissions.*

  • Benefit from format-free submission and a rigorous peer review process led by our team of subject experts across specialty sections.

  • Indexed in the Multidisciplinary Sciences JCR category and by EBSCOhost, Academic Search Complete, TOC Premier (Table of Contents), OCLC, Arts and Humanities Search, Ovid, Inspec, and Science Citation Index Expanded (Web of Science).
