Contemporary Approaches to Relational Supervision

We welcome contributions to a special issue of the Journal of Social Work Practice exploring contemporary approaches to relational supervision in social work. In producing the issue we seek to define supervision activities in a broad sense, to encompass a range of formal and informal professional support, that enables sense making, decision making and forms of reflective practice in social work, in both individual and collective forums. We are, therefore, interested in submissions that cover a range of supervision and professional support activities including dyadic supervision, group supervision, coaching and other formal and informal forms of professional support. We are particularly interested in forms of supervision and professional that are committed to the promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion.
